Pathway and pavilion

In 2025, the Association received a City of Valparaiso Neighborhood Improvement Grant to build the walking path in our common area. In 2026, a second phase extended the walkway and added a 16′ × 20′ timber pavilion with benches, giving neighbors a covered place for meetings and events.

A homeowner-led Association

Brigata Hills is transitioning from developer oversight to a homeowner Board. The Board and the Architectural Review Committee apply the recorded Covenants & Restrictions and Architectural Design Guidelines consistently across every lot and builder.
