Board of Directors
Governs the Association, sets policy and applies the covenants.
Architectural Review Committee
Reviews and approves exterior modification and new-construction requests for consistency with the recorded Covenants & Restrictions and Architectural Design Guidelines.
Property Management
Receives all homeowner communication and routes it to the Board or Committee.

One point of contact
All homeowner questions, concerns, maintenance requests, complaints and ARC inquiries go to First American Property Management, which routes them to the Board or Committee.

Annual meeting and minutes
The Association holds an annual meeting of members. Written notice with the date, time, location and agenda is sent to every owner in advance, and any meeting called to vote on a special assessment requires at least 30 days' written notice under the Declaration.
Owners may request meeting minutes, the current budget and financial statements from management. Requests are logged and fulfilled the same way as any other homeowner inquiry.
